City Menu

Zurich Insurance invites prospective clients from all over the world to their headquarters to pitch. They need to look up-to-date in order to land new business. I designed the home screen to be a city. Cities are universal and the hubs of countries. Each of the buildings represent a certain aspect in their insurance. They are selling the whole package for companies, down to sick leave for a construction worker.

I used a home for the employee aspect of insurance. This section showcases individual scenarios. I made this section have a sub menu so that the salesperson could pitch directly to their client in a way a linear PowerPoint can’t.

Let’s say the client they are pitching to is a factory that produces toys. They are worried about people getting hurt more than they are worried about maternity leave and elderly care. Zurich offers maternity and elderly insurance but why go through that with a toy manufacturer? These menus allow the presenter to dive right into the “what if” scenario pertaining to them. What if a large piece of equipment injures someone in the factory? What does Zurich do?

I needed this to be two things: Easily approachable and pleasantly engaging

They can show screenshots of their groundbreaking app that allows the manager of the toy factory to see how his employee is doing with daily checkups.
The presenter can go to this exact scenario and talk them through how Zurich employs nurses that call the individual directly, unlike any other insurance firm.

This is all reported directly back to Zurich. They can bounce around the presentation to show all of these technologies they use.

Summary

The prospect is left feeling like the presentation was geared directly towards them as an individual, a company and their industry. Contracts are formed, partnerships are made and revenue is increased. Mission accomplished.
